I am late with this week's kitty humor thread. I know, I know.
HEY, POOP HAPPENS. Don't believe me, go ask your cat.
Here is a new picture I found. 3 cats deciding whether mouse should be baked, roasted, bbq, fried, or just eaten "as is".

These Kitty Caption threads are just great. Thanks for posting them. Do you have links to all your earlier threads for those of us who missed them?

Why isn't there mouse or bird flavored cat food? Ponderous.
To: PetroniDE
Maybe the kitties just want to "hang" with the mouse . . .

Either way, the mouse has to cooperate with what kitty wants . . .

This w_over_w sounds confused on what cats and mice should do together . . . I've got a suggestion.

Do a search using the keyword "Meow". Make sure you are in the "General Interest" portion of the FR forum. When the Viking Kitties are not looking, sometimes they are posted in the "News/Activism" section.
Reminder: use the keyword search (using title search acts funky).

I think they want the mouse bouncing INSIDE the belly, not outside.

Yep...5 cats...
Here are my three when they were kittens - if you put them this close now, you wouldn't be able to take the picture for all the blood...

Oh, no! When I was a kid I had a pet mouse and I would hate to think of him as lunch for anybody. However, on closer inspection, I swear that this is a gerbil that they are perusing!
I have a cat, so will look forward to these, just as long as they aren't eating fellow pets!
To: PetroniDE
Gerbil, it's what's for dinner.

We just purchased a "new" house. A new "older house". AKA "the money pit". It's also politically incorrect since I discovered that they roof tiles were made in France. Shudder...
The spousal unit (SU) likes to sit out back amoung all the plants and trees. Some of the trees are these "hugh" palms. Well, the other night she is sitting there and she thinks she hears "squirrels". She looks over and there is a large rat staring at her. Turns out that the palm trees have rats and numerous mice running around up there. My response is "they all must die".
So, we put rat poison out and the next morning it's gone. Well, the SU decides we have "murdered G-d's creatures and must stop". Gads!
She "saved" three cats last year and I've been "accidently" letting then out the house. Because I can tell they have figured out that there are critters to be had. Get'em kittys!

Snicker. I have two cats and a stack of gerbils. I used to have one that I'd let roll around on the floor in a gerbil ball. Our older cat would bat at him a couple times, then get bored and lay down (in true cat fashion, usually in the middle of the living room floor). So the gerbil would line himself up from across the room and go tearing into the cat's rather large posterior. She'd go straight up in the air and yowl. Nothing like seeing our "mighty hunter" have the tar scared out of her by a rodent.
