In case you haven't seen it, I really am surprised at how many people here justify theft of music just because one of the "abusers" that RIAA went after turns out to be only 12 years old. The victim card, the class envy and rich corporation bashing, and the "everybody does it" and "unenforceable law" arguments would be right at home over at DUh, but several people over here appear to buy into those arguments where intellectual property are concerned. I even had one clown claim that I don't believe in free markets.

No, taping radio or tv broadcasts is NOT considered theft. But if you then reproduce and distribute copies of the broadcast, that would be considered theft.
