I DO NOT LIKE PIT BULLS. THEY ARE ALL SUSPECT. That is how I feel about them.
I used to live in an area where there were a lot of pit bulls. I suppose they can be fine dogs, but they rarely are. Nine times out of ten they were owned by sociopaths.
It wasn't funny. If a child or another dog got attacked, it was almost always by a pit bull.
If it weren't for the laws, I'd kill every one I saw.

And there you have it. Around here, pit bull owners are generally young guys with shaved heads and a weight-lifter's body. The Death Metal band bumper stickers on their cars or trucks put them in a category I worry about.
Skinheads with pit bulls. A bad, bad combination. Fortunately, my neighborhood has become very stable in the past year, with all the houses lived in by their owners for about three blocks. No pit bulls.

I agree with yours and others sentiments. When we lived in Phoenix, there were a few times we would see a stray one wandering about. I would immediately take the children inside no matter what we were doing. I don't like them and am suspicious of them.

Here lies the problem. If you succeed in ridding the world of "pit bulls" (and just how many breeds do we mean, when we use this term), the sociopath will then move on to the Presa Canario, or the Fila Brasiliero, or the Neopolitan Mastiff, or heaven forbid, the Tosa (shudder).
