I'm back in Chile, my "home" of record. Spending time in Peru reminds me how good I have it here in Chile. I'm working in Peru on a commute basis for a couple of months.
I plan my trips to correspond with which ever country is having the longest holidays. Since I'm a US citizen, working for a Canandian company, living in Chile, I feel justified in celebrating everyone's national holidays. I normally work about 10-days a year.

This is my first picture for my next picture project: redneck country. The funny thing is that there are people living in this place. The lawnmower in the front yard cracks me up. Then there's the dog on the porch. Of course, taking pictures like this around here carries a certain element of risk. I don't really care to find myself on the business end of a shotgum.

"I feel justified in celebrating everyone's national holidays. I normally work about 10-days a year." ROTFL! Sounds like you have it all worked out. Mornin' horsie.

Morning Sweets,
LOL!! What a great photo...could be anywhere in the US, even parts of northern California.

I keep looking at the photo and wondering where Richard Farnsworth is on his John Deere riding lawn mower.

Thanks for the Eureka Spgs pics - a trip back in time.

White trash chic?

Around here it'd be either an old Big Red with the farm mower attachment, or a beatup Yardboss up on cinderblocks.

It was actually taken right outside Huntsville, Arkansas along that dirt road I posted before. Here's another shot from the same spot.

I love the bucket in the yard.
Reminds me of here.
Don't stomp checkerboard patterns out in a farmer's field around here, they tend to handload their shotgun shells with rocksalt.

Unstable
(3:12)
I wanted to know who you really are
I needed the chance to stitch up my scars
I'm closer to you than I was in the start
Come dive right in and tear me apart
I'm trapped and we can't get along
I thought that I was strong
We are so unstable
In bed I'm strung out from your touch
But I won't give you up
We are so unstable
I wanted to learn about the dark side of you
You bring me down like a bottle of pills
I hate the way that you make me feel
I keep coming back, I never get killed
I'm trapped and we can't get along
I thought that I was strong
We are so unstable
In bed I'm strung out from your touch
But I won't give you up
We are so unstable
You're so unstable
You're so unstable
We're so unstable
We're so unstable
I'm trapped and we can't get along
I thought that I was strong
We are so unstable
In bed I'm strung out from your touch
But I won't give you up
We are so unstable
I'm trapped and we can't get along
I thought that I was strong
We are so unstable
In bed I'm strung out from your touch
But I won't give you up
We are so unstable
You're so unstable
I'm so unstable
We're so unstable
I'm so unstable

No, no swelling.
It's a band with such nice songs as "Giving in to You" and "The Way You Like It"
(You probably know that already, but others here do not.)
Swelling is Edema.
