Here's
an article -- not sure how accurate it is.
This site used to have an article on the topic, but it looks like they've removed it.
There are few things more chickensh*t than vandalizing someone's car.

For the half dozenth time since we've lived here in this neighborhood, our car has been vandalized. It doesn't matter if you restore the paint from the most recent vandalization, it sounds like it will only happen again. Make your brother in charge of restoring the paint since yours is the only car being vandalized, and you suspect it's being done by his "friends". Even Bubba might get over his fear of being a "snitch" if he has to start taking responsibility for car damages. Looking into all the repair details would be a good education for him.
I'm assuming your car insurance won't pay for this latest attack. But the real problem that you have pointed out is your Brother's "friends", and you've given no reason to think that this will stop. The car can be repaired again, that's not the problem.

Get a $5 can of GOOF OFF!
To you and all others with spray paint on cars... Before you go and get some high-priced paint job, I urge you to look under your kitchen sink for items that can save you money and damage to your paint job.
I had my green car stolen and the morons used RED household spray paint to try to disguise the car. It was recovered and the insurance totalled the car because they were to cheap to pay for a paint job. I bought the car back (you can do that in Michigan) since the body and engine were still good.
Under my kitchen sink, was a can of GOOF OFF that I used to get crayon off my walls. I sprayed some on the car, waited a minute and the spray paint wiped right off! So I bought three more cans and for $20 and some elbow grease, I had my car back... PLUS the $5,000 the insurance gave me.
You can get GOOF OFF in any grocery or hardware store and its only $5 a can and it doesnt harm your cars paint or finish.
