don't know brazilian law, but he would have a cause of action here. he can get the vasectomy for free and they probably won't charge him for the ear exam either!

On one hand unless someone is a retiree, I can't imagine there being too many people in this area with nearly 18 years of experience in association management.

On the other hand, the unemployment rate in this part of the state is about the highest in the state.

Giving him the vasectomy and ear exam free is the least they can do. I just can't believe he thought an ear infection went to his testicles, and I can't believe he wasn't told anything about getting a vasectomy! I guess there are no informed consent forms to sign in Brazil.

Recess?

Most school districts have given up on true recess (unstructured free time of even 15 minutes) and many (all ?) have the teachers SIT with the kids at the lunch table to force them to get in-and-out of the cafeteria in as little as 15-20 minutes for "lunch" - minimal talking, all rush/rush/rush....

No wonder kids go nuts - They're in a straitjacket all day by being forced into lines and lectures.
