You clean your grill??? I just burn the residue off mine.

My favorite yard toy is a propane torch that hooks directly to the cylinder. It'll do a number on weeds and works great for thawing ice on sidewalks.

Have to head out to take the kids to the doc for the pre-back-to-school checkup. And off to the races tomorrow (Monmouth Park has a great picnic area).

I agree on the WMD thing about gas grills-plus I don't like the way the meat tastes when you grill it on one of those. Maybe it is just the way I do it, but I use my trusty Weber and mesquite or oak wood or charcoal. Much more flavorful. All this talk of grilling and chicken has given me ideas...I think I will stop and get some chicken leg quarters to grill tonight.

i am sure a weber makes it taste better, but i am short on patience generally and i don't like to sit around waiting for the grill to be ready.

I'm no wimp - I just like keeping my eyebrows and eyelashes the way they are. last time I started the grill I lost them.

I leave the grill to hubby.
