It's 11 o'clock. Do you know where your tagline is? Prematurely retired due to the Gang of 12 Wisconsin State Senators that said, "Property taxes aren't nearly high enough" (the fun will start in Wisconsin on January 6, 2004 when most of the "Gang of 12" and the governor whose veto of a property tax freeze they upheld become eligible for recall).
