Actually Toto did have one good album, Hydra. But other than that, they pretty much blew.

Yeah, but there are other bands that deserve to be on the list before Toto. Like Nazareth, Bob Seeger, BTO, R.E.M., Smashing Pumpkins, and Pearl Jam.
