I have a problem sending and receiving emails in russian. Any suggestions. Thanks!! If you have Russian text in a Word Doc, do a SAVE AS to .html. That will translate the file to unicode. Send the .html file.

Can't give you an exact answer but it is most likely to do with the character set in your e-mail program.
Inside your computer each character is identified by a number (e.g. "A" normally has a code of 65). Because the Russian alphabet is different it can not use the standard (ASCII) codes that you use for English.
Your e-mail program needs to be able to use the other character codes. There is probably a setting that tells the e-mail program what character codes to use..... somewhere.
