BWAHAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

As to the heels, I doubt I walk more carefully - I used to run for the bus and subway wearing heels when I still lived in NYC. And I coulod literally fly up and down the stairs in the Capitol when I was still working politics in Dover.

Kerry and that other dumbass, Kennedy do not understand that the law says the church has the right to its' own, expressed opinion-not that government goons have the right to tell the pope what to say. Since the pope doesn't live in the US, I rather think he can say whatever he likes, even if it reminds Kennedy and Kerry that as Catholics, they don't even talk a good line.

the Catholic in Name Only politicians have been allowed for far too long to retain the title Catholic, when their politics and legislation goes directly counter to their supposed faith's tenets. Only recently has their been some negative repercussions (IMO not nearly ENOUGH) and they are taking umbrage at it. TOO DAMN BAD!

Let me rephrase. In heels you walk and run on toes and ball of foot usually on firm even surfaces. Tennis shoes and flats put heel of your foot closer to the ground which actually makes a twist more likely. Usually a sprain is the result of stepping on an object with the inside portion of your heel rolling the foot to the outside. High heels have a small area in contact with the ground at the heel which makes the roll less likely to an experienced heel wearer. There I feel better.

Morning troublemakers!

Troublemakers!?!

Miss Rika, I'll have you know that our little band of Puget Sound FReepers did a yeoman's job at our FReep of Shrillery yesterday, tenaciously clinging to our posts despite the (amazingly frequent and coarse) insults and invective hurled at us by the libs. Thread and Photo Report.

Troublemakers....

Oh, hi.

I have to admit, my tenacious efforts to explore this world of ours via the wonders of the Internet are taking me into strange and terrifying corners of Hell that I never imagined could exist.

If it's not nude Canadian accordionists, it's people eager to purchase photos of seriously unattractive women with balloons stuck on their heads, which I'm guessing is part of some sinister Pagan ritual straight out of H.P. Lovecraft's worst nightmares.

So, how has your week been going?

Unfortunately Tex I retwisted it on Tuesday - and with the new puppy and dealing with a relcalcatrant child who will not leave the poor thing alone - I have had little chance to stay off of it. Hubby was able to locate his ankle air cast and wearing that has helped.

I'm going to do all I can personally to make the umbrage multiply. I have heard liberals try to justify the actions of these CINO's by pointing out that JFK was a Catholic, and he was an adulterer, etc. I may have been a kid when JFK was in office, but to the best of my recollection, he was heterosexual and did not promote homosexual unions legal or otherwise, he did not endorse adultery, however much he indulged in it, he did not chastise the pope for speaking his mind, and the thing most liberals don't grasp....compared to the leftist politicians of today, JFK was just to the right of Atilla the Hun. If he were alive, I believe he would have changed political parties many years ago.

Keep it on as long as you need it-I broke an ankle over 30 years ago, and it still bothers me in cold, damp weather. Kids are bad about pestering pets until some of the novelty wears off. My heartfelt sympathies.
