well there is a butterfly bush in the middle, and the hibiscus is up behind that. i am bad with names for things, unfortunately. i just buy drought resistant stuff that works in full sun, and is some shade o purple. : )

well the fence was our neighbor's, but this guy was ARROGANTLY disinterested in the potential lawsuits, let me tell you. xshub told him right up front that we were 2 lawyers and that if he didn't assess the viability of his trees that ACT OF GOD crap was not going to fly!

Yes, it does. Our next door neighbors are Episcopalian, and we were talking about this over the fence while we were both grilling supper yesterday. She said they intended to ask the pastor of their church exactly where he stands on the issue, and they intend to find another church to attend if he accepts the ruling.

All i can say, is that when I give a cardiovascular anesthetic, I cannot beat the coquettes back fast enough! The anesthesiologist who is sitting does resemble me quite a bit, though!
