The Hobbit Hole IV – The Road Goes Ever On…
Posted on 08/04/2003 9:43:18 AM PDT by HairOfTheDog
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
The Road Goes Ever On
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

So when y'all go to the movies "together" do you sit in the back of the theaters? When folks go on a date do you always ask lots of questions? ;~D
Trouble with dates in different time zones is that one person is invariably still on it when the other one comes home.
I imagine he is gettin' to the good part now.... "It is better to break a man's leg, than break his heart."

No worries about the thread slowing down. I will be gone for a few days. It will slow.
Tho, I think it's slowed a bit tonight already.

And you are currently paying them for this service - if my understanding is correct?

Still nada with comcast. What's the problem with Comcast? The online support folks were very helpful to me the other day with my email and picture posting problems.
My service here hasn't been out.

I did enjoy the movie!
There were less (and in a couple a ways more) tragedies in it than the book. The road seemed easier in the movie... kinda like LoTR.... The journey was shorter.

When folks go on a date do you always ask lots of questions? Well, not usually. But then most folk I know don't advertise their datin' on the Internet...so to speak. ;-)
I'm assumin' y'all went to see Seabiscuit?

I don't know of a site that has anything that is really clip art...
I would just start Googling for images.... and plan to use Paint or somethint to resize and edit out the images they want...
First search: Google Image Search: "Lord of the Rings"

We are just talkin'.... None of you accused OT of flaunting the fact that she was havin' a contractor some out!

Well OT ain't said nothing about exchanging gifts and moots with the contractor!! And she sure hasn't been blatantly walking out of the Hole to a private room for backgammon every night!

But, please tell me more! I want to hear about the OT gossip now!

Yeah. You made that up about the contractor. Trying to take the heat off yourself and this little clandestine date.

Now, we're not ones to go 'round spreadin' rumors.
Why really we're just not the gossipin' kind.
Oh you'll never hear one of us repeating gossip.
So you'd better be sure and listen close the first time.
