Hey Gabz, why do I get the feeling you had something to do with this little loophole in the Delaware smoking ban?

It's not that I had anything to do with creating it - but it just so happens my husband was the one to remember the herbal cigarettes from the 70s and point out that the ban only states tobacco!!!!
