I don't know if any of you have tried the marinade of 1/3.. Italian..(in our case Caesar) dressing, ketchup, and coke-a-cola.. We just had sirloin tip steaks... you know the long ones, done that way and they were delicious.. You are supposed to marinate them for two days, but we froze ours in Caesar dressing and then I added the ketchup and coke this morning, and they were great.

Wow were they tender and tasty.. I also made deep fried, very thin like chips, fried potatoes with native corn.. Had a goooood supper..

Try this marinade.. it is really good for tougher meat.. The coke and dressing really break down the fiber of the meat..;)
