Today the garden walls go in! I'm so excited. The 'bot told me he would handle the workers and contractor. How sweet. He doesn't know all the plans and specifications, and he's a pick about stuff like that. The first time he picked up dog doo, he mapped out the dog doo spots. By the time he got to picking it up, both dogs had taken another dump. So much for planning, eh?

when i talked to the breeder of the new potential xspup, she understood completely the problem with xspup and said she has bred dogs for years and had the same thing happen with a corgi, and had to give it up. she said she didn't WANT to have to be that tough with a dog, and that is how i feel. and from what i understand it would never be required, in fact rough treatment would be devastating to the tenderhearted cav.king charles span.

like i said, i was gratified that this woman understood completely that it is not in my nature to be like that with a dog, so i need a dog that does not require that type of treatment.

My Box o'Rox has that same expression. It's like a smiley face for dogs. I'm so glad this dog got adopted. He really deserves a good life.

well if i hear from the breeder this week, she had said she was going to be doing a dog show in York, PA this weekend and would bring some suitable pups for us to see, and the object i guess would be to go home with one, since she lives even farther away. xshub is being brought along slowly, he is reconciling himself to the inevitability of it....

my brother in law and niece devised a system where they dropped a FLAG where their little yorkie pooped and then they went back for it. i doubt that they kept up with that, though!

The breeder said she would not sell to a family with small kids, she asked how old mine were.
