Google won't disable it. It has nothing to do with them. The web page designer is just clever enough to have designed his page with the correct key words and words in the body to beat out the competition. I have a web site on the web right now that will be the return on the "I Feel Lucky" button by typing in three legitimate search terms. (I say legitimate because people find my that site all the time using those terms).

This fellow is just having a laugh by being smarter than his competition in designing his page.
