Is the tree all right??
Bit, I just replied to you on Friday's thread....It's all b4's fault...
To: Neets
Sounds like a spider bite. I get them regularly (generally by a black widow in the garage). Get it checked out. I don't know if you guys have the brown recluse up there where you are, but they can be very bad news.

Can you have it looked at Nita? Does Woo Poo U have a dispensary??
To: Common Tator
YOu may not like to hnow it, but Bill Clinton had better job approval numbers than Reagan.
Who said anything about Clinton? Yes he did have better approval ratings than Reagan, so what? He also had the White House Press Corps in his hip pocket (i.e. most of the people you cite as 'the official line' on what was happening back then).
Why is it so hard to give credit to Reagan? He did the unpopular thing that you seem to think no politician would ever do. And it worked. But that couldn't have been his fault because of Dems' tactical errors?
In 1981, people were walking around southern California saying, "We ABSOLUTELY need the B-1, but I can't tell you why." That was in 1981, before Reagan's first real budget was passed. Businesses were ramping up even then, and Dems had NOTHING to do with it.
BTW, I have never heard Reagan himself call it "Reaganomics"....

Dog, do you have any unconfessed sin in your life? Neets, that does sound like a spider bite. Take antihis benadyrl NOW. See the doc in the morning.

You mean the lightening just killed it?? Now you have to have it taken down...
I'm having tree people come tomorrow to make an estimate on taking down a couple of old - 1 dying, 1 too close to the house - trees.
Wondering how much the cost will be....

It sounds like its getting close.
I'm glad it didn't fry the computer. Or the fridge. Or the TV/VCR. Or the aircon. Everything gets unplugged here when there is thunder. Somethings in nature are just bigger than humans can handle.

Does it look like a target....if so it could be a tick bite. Get tested for lyme disease.

Nita, the graduate of Woo Poo from our neighborhood - his parents belong to our church now - just rotated back to Italy from Iraq.
Apparently he parachuted into n. of Baghdad before the beginning of the war.
Glad to hear he's okay. He's a Capt.
To: Neets
Been diving lately? Nope. As I said earlier (this year), our support has gone diving instead and we've cut back. I think my last dive was in March; I'll have to check my log book to be sure. I'm trying to get up a group to go this week since it's been so long. I'll let you know if the plans get made.
