Thanks Mozie. And I am cooking today. We're having brisket and potato salad for supper tonight. It's been slow cooking all day.
I'm also making a chicken galantine for tomorrow, along with baguettes to serve with it. I'm also making french onion soup for lunch. So far. ;>)

FWIW....Last night I had fresh grilled grouper almondine.
Hubby had sea scallops in a puff pastry shell,
..lobster beurre blanc and mushrooms.
For dessert, hubby had mango cheesecake and I had coconut cream pie with lots of toasted coconut on top.
The meal was presented well.

We're having brisket and potato salad for supper tonight. We're doing Cajun. Shrimp, red potatoes, corn, onions, celery, lemon, cayenee, Zatarains. I'm going to start in about 1 1/2 hours.
