Well, it's not too bad.........but I'm stiff all over to the tips of my fingers..the dress I'm wearing to the wedding Sat is lilac-colored, and the hem hits at my lower calf just where the bruise starts! Pretty neat, huh?!!;^) Always planning, I am! LOL
IG, thanks for the interesting and detailed report last night.
Nita, before time gets away...Safe travels today, tomorrow??...
And kay - You too on your trip and plans.

Yesterday while grocery shopping as I was putting the groceries in the car, I saw an elderly lady loading a shopping cart with returnable soda bottles. She seemed sad.
I remarked that I know there is a need to return the bottles, but that it was a pain.
Poor lady. She explained to me that she was returning bottles/cans that were her daughter's who had passed away last week.
Made me stop and think.

Pretty neat, huh?!!;^) Always planning, I am! LOL I have an idea. Since it is Independence Day weekend...get a flag sticker.... slap it on the bruised area. The people will think you are exceptionally patriotic.....tacky, but patriotic...LOL
It may go away by Saturday, Molly.

That is an IDEA!
That poor woman. Your sensitivity and awareness may have helped her get thru one more day, lysie.

The Daily Life of Courage~~
Most people tend to think of courage as a warrior virtue, as belonging typically to battle: and therefore, by analogy, to endeavour on the upper slopes of Everest, in the deeps of the sea, and even on the sports field - in other words, wherever endurance, grit and determination in the face of physical challenges are required.
That is true enough. But courage is often demonstrated, because it is often needed, in greater quantities in daily life; and there are even times when 'merely to live', as Seneca put it in a letter to Lucillus, 'is itself an act of courage.'
~~~~~~A.C. Grayling
Now Grayling is a Humanist, someone whose ideas are suspect among many of us here. WE know the Source of this courage....still, this commentary on everyday fortitude and strength is worth thinking about, especially as it describes the fine people of ATRW.
Simple solution, Molly...
..Put makeup on it!
..either some of your foundation base (if you wear any)...or a small makeup cover stick!!
..bruise is gone!
Good Morning all...
...thankfully started feeling better physically last night...(even though I won't be here much, still stressed over a few things)
Glad I feel better today....it's our wedding anniversary!
We're going to Cocoa Beach to a unique restaurant called...The Mango Tree...
Have a great day all....
..lysie, Molly, kayak, thanks for the pings!
ONG, you will have mail in a bit!
Happy Anniversary!! I am so glad you are feeling better.
I am keeping only my granddaughter today. My grandson is still a bitunder the weather and his mother is going to stay home with him. She is bringing granddaughter here because she is getting a bit bored and is fighting with her brother.
We still have no word on the blood test because it had to go through the State Board of Health, a bureaucracy without equal. I bet we don't hear the results until next week, since tomorrow is a holiday.
Nathan has been in my prayers, Jane.
It sounds like he's being restored to full health, day after day.
Our children can be quite resilient....especially!! with all the prayers attending him, and the loving care of his mom, dad and grandparents!!
...God bless him, and may God continue to heal him.
kay, you have FReepmail!
