Re the shooting gallery, I think it's supposed to be some place for dope addicts safely to inject their stuff, exempt from normal federal anti-drug laws. Remains to be seen how that'll turn out (besides the continuing screwing of the Canadian taxpayer). My initial reaction is that it's typical for a town full of perverts and socialists.
