Recall the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind?
Huge ships, planes from WW2, vaious people from various places & times.. who had "disappeared".. suddenly all reappeared. thanks to UFO activity.
so if we can't blame it on the RATS, we could try aliens .... and hey, sometimes the distinctions are difficult to detect.
Okay, NOPE, haven't heard any more about the missing 727.
A few years ago I was having lunch in Erie PA in winter on the waterfront.... There was a huge ship w/lots of coast guard activity around it on dock across harbor.
Seems someone "stole" the huge ferry transport from the islands of Sandusky.. and no one knew. The coast guard discovered it in the waters & with "their methods".. determined what had happened. apparently it had been missing a couple weeks. Yes, it was off season etc.. but really.. How do you steal something THAT BIG????

HOUSE SHOWING A SUCCESS!!!! They LIKE it and we told them they could move in on the first but the rennovztions would not be completed but if they wait till the 15th, it will all be finished and they say, 'OK' and I am leaving it up to d to handle from now on out. I am getting exactly what I asked for, no hassel, no questions. He is A young navy guy just getting out next month and his wife who is a nurse out at the VA hospital. No money has changed hands so I am hoping they won't fade off into the sunset. Oh yeah, she loves working in yards and said she will keep it up to its 'good looks' and will take care of my little pond in the back. How bout THAT!!!!

The Coopster and my daughter-in-law saw some good prospects for houses yesterday. They have a few more to look at and then must decide.

I changed my mind on selling and took it off the market, it is paid for and I decided it will be good income for the kids (and gd), after all, one day I sure wouldn't be able to live in it or take it with me, besides my home in heaven is going to be made of gold. Going to rent it unless something just falls into my lap.
Why am I excited? it means we can start on the house on the farm. I can just walk out the door and get me mess of eggs, some veggies from the garden and build MY little shack in the back, a replaca of a old cajun tennent house, tin roof and all. Sil said he is going to get pictures and put it on here so you all can see it (after I finish it of course).

Very good report jtill, and pretty amazing that those books didn't sell....I'm a wee bit worried, like Dolly says, that they did sell, tho...
