AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 878) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | June 17, 2003 | All of Us

Posted on 06/17/2003 4:10:58 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The leftist swine media are back on a rant about Gitmo - The New York Times is carrying a piece that laments about the conditions the detainees had to go through. The Times did say there wasn't any physical mistreatment, just isolation such that some detainees thought of suicide. Still waiting to read their expose on the families of the Trade Center victims and how they feel about all this.

Ed Gillespie will likely be replacing Marc Racicot as head of the RNC when the committee votes next month.

And as to what must be frustrating to the Criminal Party, newly released financial statements from the Administration show the President's advisors as somewhat better off than the average American but, even in the words of the Washington Pravda, not rich.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Good morning. What joints are bothering you, or is it just general stiffness?

Sorry to hear you are not 100% today. Is it the weather? Chilly and raining in my end of the state.

Planting, mowing, thinning or weeding? I am glad at least someone has decent weather. I would love to be able to be outside without getting soaked.

Just generally stiff. That's why I think it'll work out as the day goes on.

Well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. There is a chance of thundershowers today, but I thought if I did my work this morning, I might miss them.

Weeding, deadheading, and pruning roses are on the agenda. Some of the climbers are out of control because of all the rain.

Wait until you get old, my friend! We have one of those Select Comfort air beds now. I am really impressed with it. I don't wake up with a backache like I did on our old mattress.

Jack and I got the flags in to mark the boundary of the invisible fence. Last night when I got home, I sat on our deck and enjoyed the view. It is good to be in our new home, albeit a messy one!

The Daily Update – June 17, 2003

REMEMBER THE TRADE CENTER!!

AMERICA’S WAR ON TERROR – Day 645

The news as reported in The Washington Times:

[Note – All links go to The Washington Times’ website.]

1. The White House dismissed a suggestion that came from Senator Lugar who said United States forces should be used against Hamas.

[Israel should be able to handle the matter all by herself.]

U.S. troops' role in Mideast dismissed

2. Israel continues attacks against Hamas.

[Any day now, we will have condemnations of Israel from the UN and EU.]

Sharon pledges further strikes against Hamas

3. Saddam loyalists who call themselves al Awda – the Return – are uniting with a group connected with Al Qa’eda in preparation for a July uprising in Iraq against the American occupation.

[Ok, we’ll get two birds with one stone then.]

Saddam loyalists ally with Islamists

4. The number of children cared by stay at home married mothers has grown in recent years, according to the Census Bureau.

[That’s good news! The feminazis, however, are sure to be displeased.]

More kids cared for by moms at home

5. A Phoenix Roman Catholic bishop is in custody, a suspect in a hit and run fatality.

[Just what the Church needs, more scandal.]

Phoenix bishop held in deadly hit-and-run

6. In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court said the same ban that applies to commercial companies regarding donations to political candidates also applies to anti-abortion groups and tree huggers.

[As long as it applies to the pro-abortion crowd also!]

Campaign-fund caps imposed on nonprofits

7. What’s in a name? Plenty. Particularly if the name is David Nelson. Apparently the FBI is looking for a potential terrorist by that name; people named David Nelson who fly on planes, as a result, are being searched, questioned, and sometimes searched again.

[Will the real David Nelson please stand up?]

Name won't fly if you are David Nelson

We shall not rest until we have cut a swath 60-miles wide through the entire left - taking all that is before us with us as we go. We shall leave nothing to the enemy that may be of value to him. We shall show him that he may count on nothing and will be able to keep nothing, not his spirit, not his soul, not that upon which he shall feed. We shall not cease until the moment we have rent through their entire land and have arrived at the sea, with our glorious victory upon us.

Morning All!

Chair - Hope you get to feeling better soon!

And as to what must be frustrating to the Criminal Party, newly released financial statements from the Administration show the President's advisors as somewhat better off than the average American but, even in the words of the Washington Pravda, not rich.

Was this part of the same report that pointed out that richest (at least monetarily) members of Congress were democRATs and not those eeeeevvvviiiilllll Republicans?!?!?

This is almost like shining a bright light on cockraches and watching them scurry....
