Is this a rhetorical question designed to elicit many replies or do you really need advice on this?

Keltec P32 -- fits in any pocket, and weighs next to nothing. I go jogging with it in my shorts pocket.

My favorite subject. Summer brings heat, heat brings sweat, and lightweight, loose clothing.
Something stainless, lightweight, slim design, semiauto. Does the Beretta Tomcat come in stainless?
If you want to go reall small, there is a 5 shot 22 mag revolver that will fit in the palm of your hand and can easily be hidden in your pocket. North American Arms? (can't remember)

Don't forget the damage that a quick opening lockblade knife can do. That is why the police like to keep several paces away from BG who they think might be dangerous. And it is legal practically everywhere, even at places guns are not like bars.

Go to
http://www.action-direct.com or similar website, and get a pocket holster. A 9mm Glock 26 fits in the front pocket of my Dockers, or slacks, and no one can tell. Fast draw is possible, but you have to start with your hand in your pocket, on the gun. The holster provides trigger protection also.

I have opted for a 410 shotgun, five rounds of buckshot, barrel reduced to only 3 inches. This tiny little horror has awesome firepower and straps neatly under my Brooks Brothers suit for evening wear or even dress casual apparel.

I have tried several different weapons, and different methods, the most comfortable, and satisfactory I have found is a stainless, snub nose .357 in a cheap pocket holster in my right front pants pocket.

If I ever get involved in some serious business, I would hope that I have my Ruger KP90 loaded with my favorite Corbon 200gr +P hollow points on hand. Unfortunately, given the massive size of the KP90, this is not possible in my day-to-day business casual dress environment. Instead, I have found that the Beretta 950BS -.25 Cal. in stainless steel is the best compromise for absolute concealability and firepower. It holds nine rounds with the chamber charged and sports both a safety and a hammer half-cocked position. For liability reasons, I typically keep it loaded with Glaser frangible rounds. With this caliber, the best you can hope for is to bring your opponent down with one or two torso shots for shock value followed up with one or two shots to the head. I use a pocket wallet style holsters that can be obtained at any local gun show to round off this style of carry. Comments welcomed.

I've usually got a SIG P229 in .40 tucked into a special briefcase. It has an internal pocket/holster arrangement that can be reached handily from the outside. Said briefcase also has an internal kevalr panel for just a bit of exra protection.
Sans briefcase, my favorite 'businessman's special' and all time favorite backup weapon is a Walther PPK/S .380 in stainless. Loaded with hydrashok hollowpoints, it shoots reliably and accurately in my hands.
YMMV, but it works for me.

If you wear a polo shirt then I think there are only 2 realistic business casual options - the ankle holster and the wallet holster (a front pocket holster is too obvious when wearing slacks -- the weight will pull down too much.) Here are some pictures:

However, I don't think they are too comfortable to sit on. They obviously don't bend and conform to your butt like a regular wallet will. Note that in both cases the pictures show someone in jeans, which are a thicker and tougher material, but I think this would be fine for nice dockers.
