... and to my suprise the stairs were there. In order to get upstairs...we had to go through the walk-in closet.

Well, I always thought that open staircase in my old house was a waste of space. But I never considered converting it to a walk in closet!

I was thinking. The owners could have taken the clothes out just for the walk through...then again if they didn't take the clothes bar out it would have been a giveaway.
