Hillary Rodham Clinton shows her softer side in her new book, taking some responsibility for "botching" health care reform and not being sensitive enough to people who thought she should be a traditional first lady.

But the New York senator does not apologize for the causes she felt passionate about.

That was the best article on hillary! I've seen yet! I'm sorry I can't resist, I must use it for the next thread. Since this hillary thillery will probably last a few more days and there's much more pickin' apart to be done. I have a feeling the really good stuff is about to surface in the next couple of days.

Hill-arious - comedy gold!!

New Thread on the way..........

All we have are stuffed to the roof grain bins.

Be careful up there.

Lod,

I love ya, and I don't blame you for being a bit cynical, but not all politicians are this way. I don't believe Ronald Reagan was. I don't believe George H W Bush was and I don't think W is.

Now, Trent Lott, Lindsay Graham, Christopher Shays, those two naybobs from Maine - they are enough to give us all a good case of cynicism.

Eleanor Clift said the same thing Sunday night on FOX -- that Kendall had told the 'beaste a few days before. And please, don't you think she knew all along??? She's either the most naive (NOT) individual ever born and therefore totally incompetent to serve in public office OR the most manipulative narcissist to come along since her husband. I vote for the latter.

"If Hillary or one of her brothers left the cap off the toothpaste, for instance, her father would throw the cap out the window and make the children search for it, "even in the snow." This was his way of "reminding us not to waste anything." She writes that "to this day, I put uneaten olives back in the jar, wrap up the tiniest pieces of cheese and feel guilty when I throw anything away."

Nuh uh - she has such a sense of entitlement that I find her attempt at showing how "fiscally conservative" she is pure blarney.

"I do believe there was, and still is, an interlocking network of groups and individuals who want to turn the clock back on many of the advances our country has made," she says.

What? Turning the clock back so we have more traditional families, NO feminists, NO abortionists? I don't see how "turning the clock back on many of the advances" is that bad, and I don't see them as advances. Let's turn the clock back on the Anti-American indoctrination of the children, let's turn it back on perverse sexual addictions and disgusting sexual behaviors as well. Let's bring God back into the country. A God-less country is quite a sad thing. Freedom TO HAVE religion, not freedom FROM religion.
