GRAY I -- Mud & Dru are MIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
05/30/2003 | cherry_bomb88

Posted on 05/30/2003 11:12:08 AM PDT by cherry_bomb88

Boulevard (where ‘dru & mud are)
Sung to the of “Boulevard” by Jackson Browne

Down on the boulevard ‘Dru drives a Ford Windstar
They look at “Black” with such disregard
They say they are the ones
Why the thread is run
But if we choose to stay
We have to play their way
It’s okay---
The Mud’s in defeat and he had to chose
The wager with ‘Dru he’ll lose
Down at the “red table”
They say Mud’s up and gone
Under a DU name
Du-ing a new fame
It’s alright ---
Mudboy is MIA
Mudboy gets to like it that way
Mudboy no longer FReeps
Mudboy
The lib’s are hard and times are tough
Down on the boulevard ‘Dru’s had enough
And now posts are slow
Between the Black Threads cobwebs grow and the post slow
Everybody lurks right by like it’s done or something
They don’t know—
Mudboy knows you
Mudboy now owes ‘Dru
Mudboy showed you what the dems were thinking
Mudboy baby
Hey, hey where are you?
Are your FReepin’ days through? We miss you!
And you must be on guard
Make ‘Slick pay
It’s only time on the “Black” boulevard

Cool. And thanks.

Hey I checked out PhotoShop via Google and Adobe was offering a 30 day trial on v7.0 so I downloaded it yesterday. All 165MB of it. I haven't checked it out yet.

I've never used a photo software before so this will be new for me. How do you like it? Is it friendly, easy to use ??

I LOVE photoshop! I've been using it for about 5 years, I only have version 5 though...can't afford to upgrade!!! That software is not cheap. I also have Paintshop Pro (it's good too)....Photoshop is a little harder to get used to...I'm still a "basic" user and I have to ask my friends that work in it all the time for help.

Yeah, if I recall correctly, it looked like they were listing it for around $165. Sheesh ! Who do they think they are, Microsoft ?? :O)

That is why I got the free trial. My Google Search didn't bring up any software retailers either, so it looks like the only way to get Adobe is directly from them. I wonder if there is a secondary market on their older versions of PhotoShop ?

I also have Paintshop Pro (it's good too)....

Paintshop Pro, huh ? Is it inexpensive ??

Adope Photo, or Adobe Photoshop???? Adobe Photoshop is a more professional graphics art program and runs upwards of about $500 or so. Maybe Adobe is offering it for less now on their site....I'd pay $165 for PhotoShop 7 in a heartbeat!

Paintshop Pro will run you about $60 at Best Buy. But it is missing some of the good stuff that PhotoShop has.

$500. Whoa !! I've never paid that much for any software.

For around $60, I'll try to get the Paintshop Pro and then go from there. The first car I owned was a '61 Renault my Dad paid $25 for in 1970. It got me to school and work during the weekends too !! :O)

ROTF!! Years ago there was a picture of "Spotted Owl Helper" in the food section of the newspaper. I cut it out and stuck it on the refrigerator. Wish I still had it...
