You're the Producer: How Would You Change "Fox and Friends"?

I enjoy watching "Fox and Friends" each morning on Fox News. No, I'm not completely crazy about every show, but I do enjoy it.
This morning, however, one of my pet peeves received the last straw as I watched a clip of radio "personality" Mancow. I think Mancow is a nosebleed, and finally wrote friends@foxnews.com to let them know.
I'd like to know what other Freepers think of the show. Do you like it? What are you least favorite aspects of the show? If you were the producer, how would you change this program?
I'll start off with my own suggestions.
NEW CHANGES FOR FOX AND FRIENDS:
1. Get rid of Mancow; he comes across as an idiot on television. His Web site includes a lot of profanity and sick humor. Conservatives don't need that right now.
2. The on-air personalities [Steve, E.D. and Brian] behave like their only audience is conservatives. Sometimes this makes them come across as twits.
3. The need to talk with people on the street more. This would make the show a bit more interesting, and would encourage more people to visit the sidewalk outside their studio in midtown.
4. A GAP Store has a prominent sign across the street from the studio, which shows up on camera and looks like a paid ad. Just a little thing, but it bothers me. [Am I the only person who sees this sign?]
Okay, now let me know YOUR thoughts...

I know you're not being mean -- and I totally understand what you're saying.

Because the hub is out of town i had to take the kids to school and got to see part of F&F this AM, which is always a treat for me. I don't like the weekend crew as much, but they are growing on me.

I agree w/everything you say EXCEPT about the weekend Fox and Friends. I simply do not like their B Team.

Love the show. Wouldn't change a thing. ;-D If they want any changes, let them decide. They're doing great.

Hey, this is FOX News -- shouldn't I get to decide...?! [They report...]

A fun question, thanks paulklenk. I posted a link over at the Guild also.
I have lots of opinions about this but no ideas, so I'm pretty much worthless on this one, but I will suggest one thing for replacement hosts.
Never, NEVER seat Laurie Dhue (sp?) next to Greg Jarret. She's huge and he's tiny, it looks very weird when the camera pulls back for a wide shot.
And yes, Mancow is a bore.

I never watch them. Imus is much better in the morning. Glad he is back.

Is the B team too jovial for you? Lately, they are trying to present a more serious program but the guys are kind of out there. One of them appears to have a background in celeb reporting. The new anchor at FNC just said "From Al Quaeda" instead of whatever. It was a mistake and sounded like she was reporting for Al Quaeda. That's Uma and it's Wednesday.
Half off day at the Salvation Army for clothes. I'm off.

Mancow reminds me of a guy who needs to increase his dosage.

I get up at the last possible moment in the morning, and never turn on the TV, opting instead for Boortz on the radio in the shower. I can count on one hand the number of times I've watched it, so I can't offer anything.

LOL! How did you come up with that one?
To: paulklenk
Mancow is a vulgar pervert and some segments on his morning show were just disgusting, but when he FINALLY talks politics he is conservative.
He use to be on in Milwaukee. He is no longer on anymore. He got the boot. We now have Bob & Tom thank goodness.
To: paulklenk
Mancow is funny.
However, the biggest problem with F&F is that when I turn on Fox News in the morning, I WANT NEWS, not babbling bubbleheads and a screen crawl. Nowadays, I turn to CNBC or MSNBC or just switch the damn thing off and turn on the radio.

Kiran Chetry in a bathing suit. For about the last half hour there I lost total track of what I was doing. :)

You're welcome, pumpkin! I think with a little effort and input, Freepers could very well help F&F make some improvements.
See ya!
To: paulklenk
I get a kick out of Mancow. He makes me laugh. I don't care for the "entertainment" part, whether it's watching food cooking or some moron in a suit.
I don't care for the blonde Shrink that appears there regularly. I turn on Imus when she comes on. She's a bore. She's either someones girlfriend or very well connected.
