Oh great, now I'm thirsty for wine. I recomend a Napa Valley Vacation.
Go to a winery, sample wines.
Drive a mile to the next winery, sample wines.
Repeat until there are two highways, Nap, take asprin, drive on.

Rather than drive from winery to winery, just jump on the Napa Valley 'Wine Train'(that is if its still running)...
I was driving through the Napa Valley, and saw that train, with flags a waving, and all the drinkers on board waving at us...that looks like a great way to visit the wineries, and not have to worry about driving...

Memorial Day is looking to be a boring day for me this time around.

Well, truthfully, I dont like to be part of groups either...but I have heard that lots of people really enjoy that wine train...
We usually do the Anderson Valley, between Ukiah and the Pacific Coast...its close to where my relatives live and we enjoy the trip over...and there quite a few wineries there, as well as some beer brews sampling in Boonville, which my husband pefers...

One can only hope.
Meanwhile, I'm kinda stuck up here typing with my toes.
That's rather hard to do actually...

Me, I could deal with one of my old time backwoods style 'rumble with the rednecks' weekends.
Those were always fun, back then.
Some guy who also is his own cousin would get mad at me, probably because I don't have webbed feet, and bring a couple of his remoter cousins and sisters to try and fix that.
At least I guess they were trying to fix it.
Kinda hard for it to actually be a fight when they couldn't make a fist due to webbed hands.
I do so love Appalachia and it's backwards ways.
Makes me wish for an invasion of aliens to break it all up.
*chuckle*
On a serious note, there's the new Half-Life coming out sometime soon.
There's a demo trailer for it at gamespy, but you have to signup with them to view it.
Me, I'll be battling the computer again.
And possibly doing a rewrite of a short story.
(Someone has already asked me, "You're a young man, you should be seeing alot more action with the chicks. Why don't I see you chasing the girls." I responded that I may be young, but I'm an eccentric hermit at heart. I prefer solitude and a good PC game to actual contact with people.)
