I was watching Frasier last Tuesday night and Niles has become interested in Guns.
Frasier insults Niles and says that he's going to be "square dancing" next.
Anyways Niles manages to get his Dad and Frasier to go to a gun show. Frasier and the Dad consented because it was some guy named Mith's birthday.
Once they got to the gun show there was a big American Flag in the background. Now I'm not sure if I detected a little bit of stereotyped behavior or not but...this is what happened once they got there...when Niles met three White Dudes at a gun show...
Niles:
"Frasier and Dad I would like you to meet Mitch,Bob,and Joe. These are the guys I was telling you about.
The three men banter with Niles about guns and then ask him if he would like to join them at their "compound" in Idaho for the weekend.
Niles:
"Would I ever! I would love too!
At this point Frasier and his Dad begin to whisper to each other about the "trouble" they think that Niles is getting himself into.
When Niles comes back over from talking with "The Guys" Frasier and the Dad explain the Niles that they think that these guys are in a militia. We think that they want to overthrow the government says Frasier...
Oh thats proposterous says Niles!!!
Niles walks back over and starts talking to "the guys" again. One guy notices an electrical generator and says......
"Hey this thing will come in real handy when the New World Order takes over."
At this point Niles turns to Frasier and his Dad and says
"Go Go Go, Lets get out of here Go!!!
Now is it just me, or did these guys go from being just regular gun loving guns to "Militia men ready to overthrow the government" very quickly?????
The man has turned his life around and he is a stand up fellow.
