George Clowny says; "You dumb down at the top, so what does that do to the bottom".
Answer: Most of those people at the bottom are at least one step above any stupid, vicious, Hollywood Marxist like Clowny.

It was Petah Jennings, not Dan Rather. Tom, Dan, or Petah, though, they're all leftist clooneys, er... clones.

He should have a permanent minder who shouts that every time he opens his mouth.

The hard part is that it isn't sarcasm. It's the truf.

I totally agree with you. There are many college graduates who are very ignorant and who doen't care about learning.

Who is this George Clooney person?
He's a Stalinist who sometimes works as a mediocre actor.

"I think LIR is referring to the actions taken on 9/11. They would have followed procedure for any President" Upon review, you (and LIR) are absolutely correct. I was too quick on the trigger.
Though I will stand by my assessment of Algore's likely "actions", post 9/11...

"If Al Gore had been President on 911 the very same steps would have been taken with him."IF they could have dragged him out from under the desk in the Oval Office. Which I sincerely doubt.
Al hiding under the desk in the Oval Office with a yellow puddle between his knees would have been spun by the media as "President Al Bravely Mans Phones in Oval Office while NYC, Washington Under Attack!"

It cracks me up that he talks about GWB "hiding" after 9/11. This from one of the actors who arranged the 9/11 telethon at a secret location with no audience because they were afraid of terrorists. Then for the Emmy's they had to have snipers, for crying out loud. What a load of Bullshit! There I said it. Are you happy George?

What's wrong with their vocabulary: couldn't they come up with 'schmuck'? [instead of evil-doer] Someone who murders and tortures millions of people is not a 'schmuck'. Nor is he a schlemil. Nor is he a putz. He is, by any standard, and evil-doer.

The real tragedy here is that Looney Clooney is dating the lovely Renee Zellweger. I am already waiting her to say something stupid, forcing me to boycott her. I will do so with heavy heart as she is truly a beauty.

I think Algore would have been on his 5th set of kneepads already as he would beg Chirac endlessly for his approval to do anything.

That interpretation came directly from Petah Jennings. It was he who said that our President was running away and hiding just because the Secret Service would not tell ABC where the President was. Of course, it came out later that the decision for Bush to stay in the air - aboard Air Force One - was because of the Secret Service and the fact that an attack had been issued against the aircraft - which the SS wanted to keep moving.
And ... did Petah apologize ... guess not!

"...this man is a complete imbecile. Too bad, too, because I liked some of his movies."
"I was a big Clooney fan, and I do mean Big FAN! But now he is off my list of favorites forever."
He's been on my pooplist for a few years now. I think one of the most outrageous statements he ever made was fairly recently when he made a really ugly Alzheimer's joke at Charlton Heston's expense. So much for the "sensitivity and tolerance" of the left.
