The Dixie Chicks Come Clean If the Dixie Chicks are so clean, why do they want to wear those names as a badge of honor?

Just in case they had ANY country fans left....they wanted to make sure they aliented ALL of them. They think the pop world will have them??? PShawwww....the pop world wants 18 year olds...not mothers who play the fiddle. Sorry.

Well, that's it. The Chicks have officially Jumped the Shark with this photo. Their next CD will not even hit the top 100. Stick a fork in these Chicks, they are done.
So stupid, and so unnecessary. Their managers obviously know nothing about politics. If they had just shut up and put their heads down, this storm would have blown over by now. But they foolishly decided to keep amplifying their mistake and this cover just completely alienates most country music fans that would otherwise have forgiven them.
I've been one of their biggest fans to date, but this is just too much. I'll not be buying any more of their CDs.

Ohhhh I just have to rant about this!!! If I see this garbage at the store I am going to make a point to tell the manager to put this issue behind the counter where it can't be seen by kids! Dixie Chicks or not, magazines with covers like this need to be in X-rated protective packaging. If I see it while standing in line at the grocery I will turn it around so the back cover is displayed. I am sick to death of seeing this kind of filth out in the open where people like me don't have a choice of viewing it or not! If I had kids I would not feel comfortable taking them inside a grocery store where they could see this crap. Put this issue behind the counter with the Playboys and the Hustlers! GRRRRRR!
