Afternoon all, seems to be a quiet day today on ATRW. I've been doing ok lately. A couple weeks ago I was at the state academic tournament in Orlando and my team and I (representing our county) came in 4th in the large counties division. I was also named to the all-state team for the second year in the row and I'll be playing at a national tournament in Orlando in June.

Unfortunately at the tournament I came down with a sinus infection and was sick for a week after it and I had to miss several days of school. AP and IB exams start on the 2nd for me and continue most every day until graduation on the 20th. That's about all that's new here. Good to see you guys are doing well.

Hi guy. Back problems are not fun, unfortunately I'm in the same boat. An old Army injury that just seems to get worst as the years go on. Sometimes, rest and drugs for long periods of time is needed. Get well soon.

Fwiw, I've had almost a year with relatively little back pain. No lost days at work currently. Stretching and exercising is the key, imho.
