On first viewing I thought at least part of it was faked. That part was the tires rolling slowly up the ramp. A tire couldn't roll that slowly up the ramp and still impart enough energy to the next tire to keep the motion going. The only thing I can think of is that the tires were weighted at the top such that once it started rolling the weight would continue the motion.
The hours this must have taken to set this up just blows my mind.
