Hey Freeper lawyers/attorneys: What is Sedition?

Posted on 04/03/2003 10:09:36 AM PST by Ignatz

Can any lawyers/attorneys on FreeRepublic answer a few questions?

What legally constitutes sedition?
Who can make an accusation or bring charges of sedition?

What legally constitutes treason?
Who can make an accusation or bring charges of sedition?

Are there other charges or lawsuits that could be filed by ordinary citizens against the likes of Peter Arnett and Nicholas De Genova?
What about a class-action suit by as many Freepers as are willing to sign on?

Would any of you be willing to take on any of these cases if I could raise the money?
