That kinda puts a pin in that balloon. Bummer otherwise you almost found King Solomon's Mine for Lightning.

I lifted this from the National Weather Service, and a similar version served very well in the run-up to Operation Iraqi Freedom (even if Saddam and company didn't take the hint). Simply remove the test, and substitute the pertinent information in for the placeholders.
