I've recently discovered several websites that discuss Scalar Electromagnetic (EM) Weapons. Supposedly the Russians have perfected this technology and are years ahead of the US military. Does anyone have any comments or information to verify or refute these claims? Very scary stuff if true. Here's a link to one of the websites:
