78 DAYS...

Seventy-eight (78) days...Clinton bombed Kosovo for 78 days. Do these people complaining of the war strategy truly comprehend we've been there for only 10 days. There are way too many armchair generals with teleprompters. It's like watching a football game (pathetic). The action has slowed down, so negativity and anxiety will keep an ratings up (especially now that the news channels have all gone back to commercials - economics).
People need to shut their mouths and let the military do its job.
When WMD's are found, all these people must be reminded oftheir stupidity.
TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS:
Has someone started a list of all the negative chatter from these people so they can be easily reminded of their stupidity when this is all over?

Yep, 10 days...
People seem to think we wave a magic wand and presto the war is done.
We are rapidly approaching the point were no western nation has the courage or perseverance to fight a war regardless of what is at stake.

I don't mean to be nit picky, but wasn't it 79 days??? March 24 to June 10, 1999. I was one of a the only people in Oregon to protest on the streets and on the radio.

78 days without a UN mandate. Against a nation (Yugoslavia) which has never in all its history had any ill feeling for the USA (unlike al Queda and Saddam). Clinton killed thousands of innocent Serb men, women, and children. The democrat administration even blew up the Chinese Embassy by mistake.
AND NOT A SINGLE PROTEST, NOT A SINGLE WORD, BY ANY OF THE INTERNAL ENEMIES OF OUR NATION, ALL SO VOCAL NOW!!!!

I looked it up and most accounts said 78; however, a few did say 79. It's a pick 'em.

I keep wondering WHERE were all the
%*&$@&*$#@$%*%$ "peace" protestors (aka arsonists/anarchists/Marxists) when Klintoon was bombinb Kosovo back into the stone age. It was preimtive and unilateral, with no UN resolution, and Kosovo had done NOTHING to US that I can recall. duh.... I get so angry with the useful idiots who aid and comfort the enemy as they protest against America!

Clinton killed thousands of innocent Serb men, women, and children. The democrat administration even blew up the Chinese Embassy by mistake.Im donning my tinfoil hat, but I was told that Chinas expert on Stealth Technology was at the embassy to "illuminate" the F-117. When we realized he was there, an "errant" missile hit the embassy and it was blamed on the CIA for having old maps. The guy who told me this isnt an Art Bell type, either. Anyway food for thought.

Oh come-on every Western nation has blood on their hands when it comes to Iraq. We've all supplied them with arms at some point over the past 20 years
I fully support the war and George W - I fully support our military (although I am critical of Rumsfeld micros-management of the deployment).
However this whole bloody mess would not exist if George Bush snr had not bottled it and not taken out Saddam in the first Gulf War. Shame Bush snr doesn't have his sons backbone.

People need to shut their mouths and let the military do its job.Well are we at least going to see some better special effects or something? And don't even get me started about this low-rez videophone business. What are they, trying to make some kind of artistic statement?</couch potato>
