Yes, indeed! Here's a report on the general situation in the war - and I will quote the last paragraph from Simple maths shows coalition well ahead .

The critical phase, the battle for Baghdad, has still to be reached. It is inconceivable, however, that the American army will not defeat the Republican Guard outside the city and such a defeat, in all likelihood, will rapidly bring about the city's fall.

Meanwhile, the focus is on Basra. There is no reason to think that the British will not succeed in the occupation. The fall of Basra will be a severe blow to Saddam's prestige and will signal to the population that the coalition is winning. In the next few days what the British will do dominate events in Iraq.

One of Satan's homes was cleaned out yesterday in Basra = the gruesome news (do not read if you don't want to be sickened) is here

We can thank GOD that that place will no longer be used by the demonically inspired people to perpetrate their crimes against their poor victims. Thank God for these British troops! And for this war to liberate Iraq!

Please continue to pray for Basra's total clean out of its infestation of forces of darkness. And then that God will fill that city with HIS SPIRIT and HIS HOLY ANGELS, protecting these courageous British forces as they go house to house, street to street, cleaning out the infestation. Pray that other forces will be added as needed by the military planners in order to totally take control of Basra and to clean out the true nest of vipers there. Will bring any other updates.

Obviously also the American forces are pushing closer to Baghdad by the hour. Continue to pray God's shield and protection over all our forces throughout IRAQ and in Afghanistan and the world over. The deepest darkness in Iraq is of course based in Baghdad and if a "company" of our prayer brigade wants to start praying in earnest for Baghdad and the surrounding areas - as we have prayed for Basra = please go right ahead.

And thank you for joining the prayer warrior effort. Again, remember to pray for protection of yourself and your loved ones as you are on the front lines of this spiritual warfare which does make you and yours also a "target". OH - found this "good news" story - the forces of LIGHT overcoming the forces of darkness - Medicines that had been hoarded by the Butchers now being distributed to the citizens of that Basra Suburb by the Black Watch troops. (despite that name - they are really the Bringers of Light troops!) God's name be praised for a victory for the people in need in that city!

We are so Blessed to have allies like the Brits! I am praying daily for the Black Watch soldiers (most likely named for the Tartan plaid pattern).

I'm also adding the Americans as they continue to roll towards Baghdad. We know that Satan will call out ALL his forces when the Republican Guard has its back to the gates of Baghdad!

Aman - bump. SuziQ - yes - and how I love these Brits and these Scots! God bless and keep them every one. I am praying the military planners will continue to send more troops to Basra because it is 2nd in importance to Baghdad. And, yes, we cover the troops with prayer as they move closer to Baghdad. We should hopefully all find times to be on our faces before God - with earnest prayer - humbling ourselves before Him.
