Does the fact that it is posted under General Interest (because that's where the History items go) instead of under News/Activism mean that 90% of the Freepers will never see this article? Any thoughts?

Yep, 90% of FReepers will not see this article because they are usually in News/Activism most of the time and tend to associate General Interest with mindless banter. Too bad too, because there really are some pretty interesting articles in here.
