Nope. The fact is that in this case it was absolutely clear, by the evidence, that ES was kidnapped. The facts in the case, from the very beginning showed that she was kidnapped.

You have wanted to impeach the eye-witness testimony of a terrified nine-year-old girl because she misidentified exactly what type of weapon that the kidnapper held to her sister in a dark room. You cannot take the facts away from the case and ask me to pretend that those facts to not exist. Of course, absent the facts, there may be some other conclusion.

You might as well ask me to assume that ES is a black man.

Your logic is flawed in this syllogism because it assumes that the young girl who disappeared is the SAME girl who 9 months later refers to herself as "...... girl who ran away." They are not the same person and if you were to be honest for a change, you'd admit that. But, that is too much to expect from you. I've read most of your posts on this topic and must say that you are the most intellectually dishonest person I've come across since Bill Clinton.

This thread should be pulled because its basic premise is a straw man. No one called ES a slut (that's your word, Texas) or questioned her honor and morality. That is all BS. Some including, myself, have said that the facts are so bizarre that we shouldn't discount the possiblity out of hand that she was duped into going off with the kooks and that force (in the physical sense) may have been virtually non-existant. That may well be proven to be not true (so far this bit about the cord used for tieing up may have come from Ed Not-So-Smart interpreting what ES said for the police.) In any event, I haven't seen a single person on this site say there is anything dishonorable about Elizabeth.

For the record, I didn't follow the ES case until I clicked on a thread the day that she was rescued or the day after and was appalled at the hateful things that were being said about her by so many here, so leave me out of your little experiment please.
