I wonder why the people of Hollywood feel it is their duty to get up on a soap box and preach the do's and don'ts to the rest of us?
Has anyone ever heard one of those professional phonies answer this excellent question?
(The answer's probably something to do with their desperate need for love or acceptance, and attention, and publicity, but who cares?)
I'm not a person with a clue, but I played one in a movie once. So I think that qualifies me to pontificate on matters of national security. Furthermore, my portrayal of a person with a clue gives me particularly relevant insight into the personality and character of clue-possessing citizens throughout this great country who share my embarrassment at being an American and my loathing of the imperialists who make up the right wing of the republican party. Therefore, it is my duty to use my position of fame and influence, along with my access to a platform through such great institutions as Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, People, and Oprah, to share the brilliance I have gained from portraying people who actually have a clue in voicing my opposition to this war, which through no logic or factual information I am certain is about oil and money.
