Your problem is that when you download your email, it is put into YOUR secure account on your computer... and then the email is erased from the server at your ISP or email provider. Your wife cannot see your email without access to your account. The solution is to have your ISP provide one more email address for your wife. She can logon to the ISP with your internet account... but then download HER email with her own email address and password. YOU can send her duplicates of any email she needs to see at her address by forwarding them from your account to her email address.
