North Carolina Speedway- Rockingham,NC A joint venture between Darlington Raceway builder Harold Brasington and landowner Bill Land, North Carolina Speedway's first race was held in 1965. Yep, thats one of my favorites of the new commercials - the Pepsi one of the guys trying to jump into the truck window is another.

I race online with Nascar Racing Season 2003. It is a very realistic sim. I have been working on a setup for The Rock all week.
What happened to Jr. is something a lot of guys are doing. It'll happen if you loose off and give it too much throttle. I can't tell you how many times I've done that exact same thing at that exact same spot all week in practice. Tough track!

My son is dissappointed. He loves Bobby Labonte.

Interesting on how much speed you lose on 10-lap-old tires. Bobby ran 145 and Wallace ran 143.

Maybe it will come to him as the track tightens up, but it will probably be too late.

I was never a big NASCAR fan till my now ten year old son became infatuiated with the sport.
That was over two years ago. Since Busch is from Vegas he is my favorite driver. They did not have a 1/24 scale #97 race car till last year before he won a winston cup race.
Anyway at last years race at Vegas I bought #215 of 2,400 copies of his first set of cars. Then we waited in line and he signed it,plus a few other things we bought.
I dont know much about the collectibles but I would imagine that if he continues to win that car might be worth something someday.
Anyone know much about that stuff?

I haven't quite got my NR2003 setups down to where I trust them online yet, but I know exactly what you're talking about. My gripe with this year's edition is that they have an illegal plate on the Daytona/Talladega engines.

chlorene breaks the sulphur-bonds in vulcanized rubber... makes the tires stickier... don't think it's legal in nascar.
