I bet you're right. That there were no doubt, lots of memos, studies, tests, debates, and discussions going on at NASA, about the launch event, and its possible consequences on re-entry safety.

Now we get Barnicle romantically speculating about "A Doomed From The Start Shuttle". jeez!

This is blasphemous stuff, insinuating that NASA knew during the mission, that the crew was "doomed", and they did nothing to alert the public. (This has already been a 1969 movie, "Marooned". )

You know I had a thought in my mind this morning of Hitlary standing up in the well of the Senate waving a newspaper with the headline "Bush Knew".

Or maybe it was just a nightmare.
