My comments about the geocities site -- I think it's an Israeli site (hence the Hebrew lettering at the top of the page) which has posted a real Al-Qaeda terror handbook to show how barbaric the Islamists are.  After Jeremy's article has appeared I think Yahoo will shut down the site.   

The author of the explosives handbook also authored a poison handbook  -- khadija1417@hotmail.com -- has been identified in a Swedish military document  ( http://www.fhs.mil.se/publikationer/uppsatser/2001/chp9901/holmstrom_1064.pdf -- It's on page 70 of 104 ) as a member of the terrorist org: GIA "Armed Islamic Group" as well as Hamas. He has been active for years -- with the same HotMail account.
