Take a look at that cartoon you posted, Chairman.

It was not the cartoon that I posted. My source must have changed that particular cartoon sometime this morning. It's a risk I take not putting the actual JPG on my website first, and then linking. But that's over the line for me as regards the Copyright Act, so I'll have to endure the possibility slings and arrows may come my way once in awhile.
