And I have a feeling our neighbor can ~talk~ about putting in a septic system uphill all he wants.... Physics, geology, chemistry, legality and probably psychology will probably prevent it.
No... this time he's got a new high-tech "active" system that he says "the county has already approved". Yeah, right. It's gonna get interesting.
