G' Morning Hair,

My news isn't so good today. Samwise Jr. blew out her knee at gymnastics Wednesday. We spent the night in the ER and spent yesterday at the Ortho doc's office. She tore her ACL. She has an MRI scheduled for tomorrow. I never heard of an ACL before. She probably needs surgery, but it is "controversial" at her age.

I am amzingly calm.
