I always liked Civ better than Alpha Centauri, even though they are both by Sid Meier. AC is just a little to Greenpeacey for me, if you know what I mean.

I haven't graduated past Civ2 yet. I like those building games and turn based stuff. The real-time or first person, arcade type games don't hold my interest that well.

Wait, I liked playing Command & Conquer, that was a real-time strategy game.

Yes, I know what you mean. :) Even so, I like playing the "Deidre" faction most of all... it's just so much fun taking over the native life and using it against the other factions! :)
